   Tottenham Under-18s lost 2-3 at home to Aston Villa this afternoon, with the Tottenham goals coming from Aramide Oteh and an own goal.
   Spurs were among a number of clubs at Anfield on Thursday to watch Bordeaux's Senegal midfielder Henri Saivet.

   Under-21 centre half Christian Maghoma is set to join Yeovil Town on loan, following in the footsteps of a number of players who made it to the Spurs first team, while Kenneth McEvoy has joined York City on loan until January.

   Tottenham have been linked with a move for Corinthians and Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato should they fail to bring in Saido Berahino from West Bromwich Albion in January in the Daily Star on Sunday, while Spurs scouts were in attendance at Cheltenham Town to watch their young forward Luke Thomas and the scouts were busy as they were at Nice v Olympique Lyonnais on Friday too, but the media are not sure who they might have been watching.  The club are also said to be tracking Mainz's Turkish 23 year old attacking midfielder Yunus Malli, who might be available for GBP 7 million.
   Former Spurs assistant manager and full back Chris Hughton has led Brighton & Hove Albion to a run of 18 league games unbeaten, which is a new club record.

   Chelsea are supposed to be interested in Danny Rose once more.
   Tottenham have appointed Mace as Construction Partners for the new stadium.  The company have been involved in the building of the Shard, Birmingham New Street station and the Olympic Stadium at Stratford.
   Trains will not be running to Tottenham Hale and Northumberland Park stations on Sunday for the game against West Ham United.
   Teddy Sheringham has called upon his old club again by loaning goalkeeper Harry Voss from Spurs for Stevenage for one month.
   The FA Youth Cup Third Round tie at home to Rotherham United will take place at Stevenage FC on Wednesday 2nd December with a 19.00 kick off.

   Spurs transfer target Sofiane Boufal of Lille said he will only leave the club for Champions League football, which means Tottenham will need a top four finish this season, but we are also in for 18 years old Bologna midfielder Amadou Diawara.  As well as Chelsea, Internazionale, Juventus and Schalke 04.  According to TalkSport, Arsenal and Tottenham will be beaten to the signing of AS Roma 24 year old full back Alessandro Florenzi by Barcelona.
   Dele Alli is all over the news with stories about how Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea passed over signing the midfielder and also that Spurs might double his wages by offering him a new contract.

   On the transfer front, Chelsea appear to be sneaking a look at our Christmas present list and are to make moves for Saido Berahino and Valencia winger Sofaine Feghouli.  Meanwhile Milos Veljkovic looks set to leave for Germany or Serbia, as he will not be signing a new deal with Spurs according to reports.  Incoming could be Zenit St. Petersburg's Belgian midfielder Axel Witsel for GBP 21 million though.

   Eric Dier played all 90 minutes of England's 2-0 Wembley friendly against France in a match that showed solidarity with the opponents after Friday's atrocities in Paris.  Dele Alli was Man of the Match, played 88 minutes and scored the opening goal, Harry Kane played 80 minutes, while Kyle Walker and Ryan Mason were unused substitutes.  Hugo Lloris captained France and played the whole match.  Meanwhile, in Copenhagen, Christian Eriksen played the 90 minutes of Denmark's 2-2 draw with Sweden in the Euro 2016 play-off that saw Sweden progress tor the finals 4-3 on aggregate.  In Laos, Heung-Min Son scored twice in South Korea's 5-0 win in a World Cup 2018 qualifier.  Kevin Wimmer was an unused substitute in Austria's 1-2 home friendly defeat by Switzerland and DeAndre Yedlin played all of USA's 0-0 draw in Trinidad & Tobago in their World Cup qualifier, while also in World Cup qualifying, Clinton N'Jie played 69 minutes of Cameroon's 0-0 home draw with Niger and Nabil Bentaleb was in the Algeria team at kick off and completed 36 minutes before being substituted in their World Cup match against Tanzania, which they won 7-0.

   Midfielder Ryan Mason has been called into the England squad to replace an injured player for tomorrow's friendly against France at Wembley.
   Harry Winks and Shayon Harrison trained with the full England squad at Hotspur Way today, ahead of tomorrow's friendly at Wembley against France.  The two Spurs youngsters were called in to make up the numbers in training with some senior players unable to train.

   The Daily Star Sunday claims that Tottenham are considering a £7m move for 26 year old Dynamo Kiev defender Domagoj Vida.  While any deal for Nigerian teenager Victor Osimhen is not yet sealed, reports have Spurs watching another Young Eagle - 16 year old striker Funsho Bamgboye - but Manchester City, Liverpool and
   Josh Onomah scored for England Under-19s in their 5-1 friendly victory over Japan at the Manchester City Academy today.  Kyle-Walker Peters was an unused substitute.
   According to the Daily Record, Harry Redknapp is promising Raith Rovers that he will have a word with Mauricio Pochettino to get a striker to go to the Scottish club on loan.
   The news broke today of Warren Mitchell's passing.  He was a loyal and fervent Tottenham supporter and was a familiar face at White Hart Lane.  Our thoughts go out to his family and friends at this sad time.

   Christian Eriksen played all of Denmark's 1-2 away defeat by Sweden in their Euro 2016 play off tonight, while Erik Lamela entered play from the bench in the 81st minute, as Argentina drew 1-1 at home with Brazil in a World Cup qualifier.  Nabil Bentaleb was a substitute and played the second half for Algeria in their 2-2 away draw with Tanzania in a World Cup qualifier and DeAndre Yedlin was in the US side for the whole game as they beat St. Vincent & Grenadines 6-1 in a World Cup 2018 qualifying match.
   Fulham Under-18s beat Spurs 5-3 at Motspur Park in the Barclays Academy Under-18 league this afternoon.  Tottenham's goals were scored by Keenan Bennetts, Christian Maghoma and Marcus Edwards.

   Clinton N'Jie played 64 minutes as Cameroon beat Niger 3-0 in a World Cup 2018 qualifying match, while Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld played the whole of Belgium's 3-1 home friendly victory over Italy, with Vertonghen grabbing one of the goals.  Mousa Dembele was an unused Belgian substitute.  Wales lost 2-3 at home to Holland in a friendly with Ben Davies playing all 90 minutes, England lost a friendly 0-2 in Alicante to Spain, with Harry Kane and Kyle Walker starting and playing 90 minutes and both Dele Alli and Eric Dier coming off the bench in the 63rd minute, with Dier making his England debut.  Hugo Lloris captained France to a 2-0 win in a friendly against Germany in Paris that was overshadowed by a number of terrorist incidents in the city that led to over 100 people being killed.  Our thoughts are with their families and friends at this sad time.
   Tottenham's home Premier League match against Sunderland has been moved for live coverage on BT Sport.  The game is still on Saturday 16th January 2016, but will now kick off at 12.45.
   Spurs Under-18s have been drawn to play Rotherham United in the FA Youth Cup at home.  No date has yet been arranged for the tie.
   Tottenham are keen to bring in Fulham striker Moussa Dembele, with the player reported not to be happy at Craven Cottage.

   Marton Fulop, the Spurs reserve keeper, died today.  He had suffered a tumour on his arm that was removed in 2013, but he did not resume his career and passed away at the very young age of 32.  MEHSTG sends its condolences to his family and friends.
   Heung-Min Son played 27minutes as a subsitute for South Korea as they recorded a 4-0 World Cup qualifying win against Myanmar.

   TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR TEAM NEWS : -  Andros Townsend will not be part of the match-day squad for the visit of Anderlecht in the Europa League after he has been dropped by Mauricio Pochettino for his after-match argument with fitness coach Nathan Gardiner following the win over Aston Villa on Monday.  Heung-Min Son could play some part of the match after returning to training, but Alex Pritchard (ankle), Nacer Chadli (ankle) and Nabil Bentaleb (lacking match fitness) are all out.  Danny Rose (dead leg) and Clinton N'Jie (hamstring) are doubtful for the game at White Hart Lane.

   Spurs are said to be offering a further trial to Ebbsfleet United's 17 year old striker Shilow Tracey, with a view to signing him up on a permanent deal, but he may have to wait his opportunity in the first team, with the club being linked with a move for Internazionale goal-scorer and captain Mauro Icardi.  Tottenham are also said to be interested in Sporting Lisbon's Algerian striker Islam Slimani, but may be priced out of the running, as the Portuguese club want GBP 28.4 million, which West Ham United appear willing to pay.  Probably with the tax payer's help.
   It appears that Andros Townsend has a 'camp' and they are not happy about Tottenham going public with his attack on Nathan Gardiner - the fitness coach - after Monday night's game against Aston Villa according to the Daily Mirror.  It appears that the story broke last night with photos hitting the press websites and not through the Spurs official site.  He needs to be careful, as people with 'camps' and an 'attitude' have been quickly out the door at the club.
