Spurs are reported to be interested in signing
Sergio Aguero, should he be allowed to leave Manchester
City. The Argentinian forward has been left on the
bench by new manager Pep Guardiola and this has started
speculation that Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal could make a
move for the 28 year old. Schalke 04 are keen to sign
Nabil Bentaleb on a permanent basis, with his loan
contract said to contain a GBP17 million release clause.
Harry Kane is reported to be close to agreeing a new
deal with Spurs and Erik Lamela is also keen to put
his name to a new contract with the club.
It
has been revealed that at the new Spurs Stadium (which may
not be sponsored by Uber as the company said they are not
involved in talks with Tottenham) there will be a glass
tunnel, allowing those fans alongside to look in as the
players move towards the field of play.

Moussa Sissoko will be suspended for three games for

There is little news, with most of the focus on Hugo
Lloris's save to deny Javier Hernandez last night.
The Frenchman has been lauded for his reactions and Jan
Vertonghen hopes he stays at Spurs for many years to
come, hinting that the Belgian defender may be about to
announce a new deal with Spurs. Danny Rose left
the ground in a protective boot, but it is not sure what
injury he was suffering from.
One weak bit of transfer gossip is that the media think
Daniel Sturridge is likely to leave Liverpool, with
Tottenham said to be one of the destinations he may end up
at along with Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham United and
Manchester City. I don't think that leaves many other
Premier League clubs. Why Spurs would want him if he
doesn't fit into Jurgen Klopp's pressing system, I am not
sure.

The Sun claim Tottenham are heading the queue of clubs
willing to sign Peterborough United midfielder Leonardo
da Silva Lopes. The 17 year old is a defensive
minded midfielder and has impressed watching clubs even
though he only has 21 first team games under his belt.
Spurs are also reported to be keen on snapping up Fulham's
16 year old twins Ryan and Steven Sessignon, with
terms hoping to be agreed before the January transfer window
and a loan back offered until the end of the season.

of Galatasaray's 21 year old Portuguese winger Bruma,
who would cost GBP20 million.

Under-21 squad to play Kazakhstan Thursday 6th
October and Bosnia & Herzegovina on Tuesday 11th October in
the European U21 Championship qualifiers.
Brooklyn Lyons-Foster played the first half of
England Under-17s 8-1 win over Germany in the Croatia Cup
today.
Former
Spurs youth striker Radwan Hamed won GBP7 million
damages against Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Dr Peter
Mills (the Football Association's regional cardiologist for
South East England) in the High Court today following his
collapse in a game 10 years ago with a cardiac arrest,
leaving him blind and unable to play football again.
Spurs are adjudged to have been 70% to blame for not dealing
with the player's abnormal heartbeat but will not have to
pay that portion of the costs as previous employed
physicians have agreed to indemnify the club.
