The News of the World claims that Rafa Benitez wants to do a deal

£20 million for striker Robbie Keane. The first bid has
been refused by Tottenham. not content with possibly signing
our goalkeeper, one of our defenders and wanting Jermain Defoe

in a £4 million move for midfielder Steed Malbranque
according to the Sunday People, although better news is that they

West Ham United defender Anton Ferdinand. The People
also reckon that Middlesbrough are favourites to snap up goalkeeper
Paul Robinson and that Spurs will win the race ahead of Liverpool to

While a number of these players have been mentioned as possible
