29.04.1965 Jimmy Greaves, Alan Gilzean and Cliff Jones play for the Stanley Matthews XI in the famous winger's farewell game at the Victoria Ground against a star-studded World XI.  For taking part they were given the shirt which was adorned with Matthews' embroidered autograph and a Royal Stafford tea service of six cups, saucers and plates, a milk jug, sugar bowl and sandwich plate.

Garth Crooks Lightning quick forward in his day, he had scored regularly for Stoke City before coming to Spurs in 1980 for £650,000 to form a formidable partnership with Steve Archibald in a successful period for Tottenham.

Peter Crouch Tall striker, who did well for Spurs as a first team player when signed in 2009, but fell out of favour and was sold on to the Potters in the summer of 2012.  Was also with Spurs as a junior, before being allowed to join QPR.

Wilson Palacios Honduran international midfielder who Spurs signed from Wigan Athletic in 2009 and stayed for a couple of seasons, making his physical presence felt in midfield before he moved on to Stoke in 2011, following Tottenham's signing of Scott Parker.

Tony Parks Played 49 matches for Tottenham including the 1984 UEFA Cup final, which was his career highlight - saving penalties in the shoot out after the game ended all square.  Moved around after that and spent a spell at Stoke City.

Jimmy Robertson Flighty winger, who joined Spurs from Arsenal and left for Ipswich Town, later played for Stoke City in the early 1970s.

Paul Stewart Striker turned midfielder, who Spurs signed from Manchester City found his way to Stoke City on loan after Spurs sold him to Liverpool.
