1983 - Retired from playing through injury and took up coaching positions at QPR and Orient. 

November 1988 - joins THFC as Youth Team Coach

Summer 1992 - Becomes Youth Team Manager

April 1995 - leaves to become Leyton Orient Manager

Summer 1997 - Assistant Manager at Millwall

December 1997 - rejoins THFC as FA Premier Youth Team Coach
