A Spurs legend, Ossie was an
outstanding midfielder at White Hart Lane, making many headlines during
his time at the club. When he hung up his boots, he moved into
management and left Swindon to take over the Magpies in March
1991. He had a reputation for bringing through the talented
youngsters at St. James' Park, but the team were struggling in the
Second Division and he was sacked in February 1992. |

Burkinshaw moved to Spurs as Assistant manager and then took over to
become the second most successful Tottenham manager between the years of

Newcastle player from 1902 to
1911, winning championship medals in 1907 and 1909, with an FA Cup medal
in 1910, also playing on the losing side in 1905, 1906 and 1908.

Cup and came runners-up in the First Division before leaving in 1927.
Returned to take charge from 1938 up to the start of World War II.
McWilliam was the first footballer to play in and then manage and FA Cup
winning side. |

Academicals in 1924 and made his debut in 1927 at left back. After
38 appearances, he moved to Reading for £500 in June 1929, where he
played 128 games in five years at Elm Park. |

A right winger who starred for
Tottenham as a war-time guest player featuring in three matches during
January 1942 scoring once. After returning to his club - Southend
United - Joe signed for Newcastle in February 1947 where he scored six
goals in 32 first team matches before going back to Southend in July
1950. |

Defender Stimson started on
match for Spurs and played one more as a sub, but left in June 1989 for
£200,000 to join Newcastle United, where he stayed for four years,
ending his time there in the promotion winning squad under Kevin Keegan. |

from May 1902 after being signed from Derby County, scoring one goal in
thirteen matches. Joined Tottenham in January 1904 for £100
scoring five goals in five Southern League matches, before leaving for
Southampton after four months. |
