1922 London's first open air boxing contests took place in front of 7,000 fans at White Hart Lane.  Seaman Hall beat Rossi and Bloomfield beat Lloyd in the two bouts staged at the ground.
1949 Charlie Brittan, full back 1911-1914, dies.
1960 Jimmy Cantrell, centre forward 1912-1923, dies.
2002 Qu Bo, a Chinese trialist and Belgian Jonathan Blondel make their first appearances for the club.
2006 Michael Carrick is sold to Manchester United for a record deal for Spurs that could total 18.6 million.
2007 Spurs sign 20 year old German Under-21 midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng from Hertha Berlin for 5.4 million.
2009 Tottenham ease past Hull City in the final to win the Premier League Asia Trophy.
