Bill Edrich scores the final goal of his Tottenham career.

1960 Tottenham's first win over Crewe Alexandra became their biggest win in all competitions.  

The club's highest aggregate of goals in a match, with Les Allen's five goals the most scored by a Spurs player against Crewe Alexandra.  Bobby Smith scores four Cliff Jones a hat trick and Tommy Harmer got one, which was his last goal for the club.

1979 Tony Galvin made his Spurs debut on the wing as well as a first outing for midfielder Stuart Beavon.
1982 Broken gates at the Tottenham end let many more fans than intended through into the away end and they saw a tense first leg semi final draw, with Tony Galvin being dismissed for getting hit by WBA's Martin Jol, who also saw red.
