Tottenham eased through this FA Cup Second Round tie against Bradford City with Jimmy Seed grabbing a hat trick.

Seed put Tottenham in front with their first attack of the match just after half-time.  Taking the ball off defender McIlvanny, Jimmy quickly shot past the keeper Ewart.  Within thirty second of the re-start, the Spurs inside right added his second, picking up a loose ball and darting between two defenders, his shot was out of the goalie's reach.  Jimmy Banks scored Spurs' third goal and Seed completed his treble with a twenty-five yard shot that bulged the net after being set up by Cantrell.
