1908 George Greenfield, inside forward 1931-1935, born.
1984 Spurs fielded Argentinian World Cup winner Mario Kempes alongside his former team-mate Ossie Ardiles.  Kempes was on trial with a view to a permanent contract, but failed to impress over the two games he had and was not signed permanently.
2003 Fredric Kanoute signs for Spurs for 4.5 million from West Ham United, which included Matthew Etherington making up 1 million of it going the other way to Upton Park.
2016 Alex Pritchard leaves Spurs in a 8 million move to Norwich City.
