1925 Harry Hargreaves scores his last goal for Spurs.
1929 Spurs debuts for inside forward Billy Cook and half back Tom Meads.
1931 Full back Jack Moran makes his first appearance in a Spurs shirt.
1946 First game for the club played by goalkeeper Ted Ditchburn and forwards George Foreman and Les Bennett, who both score once.

George Skinner plays his last game in the club's colours.

1955 Half back Ernie Walley plays his first match in the club's colours.

Harry Clarke scores his first goal for Spurs.

1957 Jim Iley makes his first appearance for Spurs at half back.
1962 Bobby Smith scores a hat trick against the Seasiders.
1963 A Jimmy Graves hat trick helps Spurs to a good win over Forest.
1976 Striker Ian Moores makes his debut for Spurs and scores his first goal for the club.

Jimmy Neighbour scores his last goal in Tottenham's colours.

1977 Tottenham's biggest win over the Dons, thanks to John Duncan's hat trick.

Originally lined up to come to join Tottenham in January 2005, Grasshoppers 18 year old defender Reto Ziegler was signed on transfer deadline day.

2012 On this transfer deadline day, Spurs signed goalkeeper Hugo Lloris from Olympique Lyonnais for 8 million and forward Clint Dempsey for 6 million from Fulham.
Leaving the Lane were Rafael van der Vaart (to SV Hamburg for 10 million) and Giovani Dos Santos (Real Mallorca - undisclosed).
2016 On this transfer deadline day, Spurs signed goalkeeper Pau Lopez on loan from Espanyol for 8 million, midfielder Moussa Sissoko for 30 million from Newcastle United and Georges-Kevin N'Koudou from Marseille for 9 million.
Leaving the Lane were Clinton N'Jie to Marseille on loan for the season.
