Joe Walton plays for Spurs for the last time.

1910 First away game against Sheffield United in front of the joint lowest away crowd = 10,000
1912 Half back Frank Bentley plays his last match for Spurs.

Bert Bliss scores his first Spurs goal.

1917 Ron Burgess, half back 1938-1954, born.
1921 Bert Bliss, Jimmy Dimmock, Bert Smith and Arthur Grimsdell all play for England against Scotland on this day.
1949 Equal largest losing margin in an away match against Barnsley.

Freddie Cox and Ernie Jones both make the last appearances of their Tottenham careers.

1960

John Smith makes his debut at inside forward.

1965 Roy Low scores his first and only goal for Spurs in this match.
1977 Steve Perryman makes his 300th Spurs league appearance.
1993 Spurs equal biggest winning margin in a home match against the Canaries.

Nayim scores his last Tottenham goal, as does Neil Ruddock.

1995 Spurs lost in the FA Cup semi-final after initially being re-instated in the competition on appeal by Alan Sugar.  Fielding a patched up side, with Darren Anderton struggling with injury and Stuart Nethercott out of position, Everton found it easy to hassle Spurs out of the game and despite a Klinsmann penalty, Spurs were not likely to get anything from the game.
2000 Midfielder Simon Davies and left winger Matthew Etherington make their first appearances for Tottenham.
2004 Stephen Carr gets sent off two minutes after scoring Tottenham's consolation goal.  This turned out to be Carr's last match for the club.

Jamie Redknapp makes his 350th appearance of his career.
